The Koala handbag will have your transitional style needs covered! A roomy handbag to hold all of your daily essentials and a detachable clutch when you want to want to take your whole bag with you. 

The Koala hand bag features a 21" wide clamshell opening, a large interior zipper pocket and pretty accents that make the bag look stylish even when used without the clutch. It offers two carry options with dual handles and a detachable shoulder strap.

The detachable clutch functions as a front easy access pocket on the front of the bag, or simply slip off the front of the bag for a roomy clutch when you want to downsize the size of your bag. Features a double slip pocket on the interior and a removable wrist strap.

Materials Needed:

• 1 yard 44" wide Quilting Weight or Dcor Weight Main Fabric

• 1 yard 44" wide Quilting Weight Lining Fabric

• 1/2 yard 44" Contrasting Fabric -This can be a coordinate, vinyl, leather, or pleather.

• 1 1/2 yards Fusible Pellon SF 101 or a woven shaping Interfacing -Light Interfacing

• 1/2 yard Fusible Fleece -TP971F-Pellon Fleece Thermolam Plus

• 1/2 yard Fusible Dcor Bond - Pellon 809/ or 1 yard 808 Firm Stablizer- Heavy Interfacing

• 1 Piece Peltex 72f Ultra Firm 2-sided Fusible at least 4 3/4" x 12 1/2"

• 2- Small (1 3/8" x 3/4") Turn Locks

• 1- Magnetic Snap or an additional Small Turnlock (for clutch)

• 1- 24" or longer Zipper

• 1- 9" or longer Zipper

• 4- 1" Rectangle or O rings

• 2- 1" Swivel Hooks

• 2 to 10- Medium Sized Double Cap Rivets

• 1- 1/2" D-Ring

• 1- 1/2" Swivel Hook

Finished Measurements:

• Handbag Measures: 12" wide, 10" tall and 4" deep.
• Clutch measures: 9" wide, 6" tall and 1" deep.
